To continually provide value-added services and improve on-time delivery with key customers, AmeriLux International formed AmeriLux Transportation. A full-service, freight transport company that made its first delivery in June of 2012.
AmeriLux Logistics, a freight brokerage company, was established. This venture provided AmeriLux Transportation with access to a wide range of freight shipping services and a network of qualified carriers to better serve the marketplace.
AmeriLux acquired a 12,000 square foot building along with an adjacent lot at 1201 Enterprise Drive in De Pere, WI. The additional office space became home to the fast-growing divisions of AmeriLux Logistics and AmeriLux Transportation.
AmeriLux Transportation reached an impressive milestone — driving 1 million cumulative miles! As a full-service, freight transport company, AmeriLux Transportation continues to be driven by a ‘can-do’ attitude, guaranteeing its customers’ freight is delivered safely and on schedule.
To support the growth of AmeriLux Transportation, AmeriLux secured 5 acres in West De Pere, WI, providing space for AmeriLux International and AmeriLux Logistics freight customers to expand.
The AmeriLux Family of Companies (AmeriLux International, AmeriLux Transportation, AmeriLux Logistics, and Shape Products) continued to be a talent magnet, promoting a strong culture throughout all entities. In one year, the A-Team had grown by over 30%!
AmeriLux Transportation has acquired over 100 trailers and driven more than 2 million cumulative miles! With a constant focus on adding value for our customers, milestones like these would not be possible without our solution focused mindset.
AmeriLux Logistics implemented several technology advancements that enhanced its customer experience including: Real time tracking with Macropoint, EDI integration with its customers’ operating systems, and RMIS for carrier safety monitoring.
With a continued focus on bringing value-added services to its customers, AmeriLux Logistics added 310,000 square feet of warehouse space at 2121 American Blvd. in De Pere, WI. This allowed AmeriLux Logistics to expand services such as shared and dedicated storage, order fulfillment, and distribution management.
As the A-Team has grown, so has its need for additional space to work. Office staff from AmeriLux International, AmeriLux Transportation, and AmeriLux Logistics merged into one building at 1300 Enterprise Drive, De Pere, WI. The new headquarters of the AmeriLux Family of Companies!
